This handy tool can be used in a lot of different places. Extend the rope to the desired length wrap a few times around handle then grip the handle and pull the spring. Allows easier access to install or remove springs.  When installing springs if cord gets caught under the spring simply just unhook the cord from installed spring end and pull it the cord pops right off.
